Havant accelerates its growth as Olsa Informatica joins the Group
The agreement strengthens the Group's leadership in Intelligent Document Processing technologies and represents the natural evolution of a well-established technology partnership.
Havant, a Digital Innovation Company specialising in the digital transformation of processes and data through Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance and Digital Trust, has announced today that Olsa Informatica joined the Group.
The transaction marks a further milestone in Havant’s growth strategy and further consolidates the Group’s position as one of Europe’s leading Digital Innovation players, expanding its wealth of expertise, technologies and customers.
Founded in 1976, Olsa Informatica is preparing to celebrate 50 years in business and is recognised by the market for its expertise in intelligent document process management, Business Process Outsourcing services, digital preservation and electronic invoicing. Over the course of its history, it has built a substantial wealth of expertise and a solid customer base, contributing to the digitalisation of major public- and private-sector organisations of international standing.
Joining the Group is the natural culmination of a collaboration developed over recent years between Havant and Olsa Informatica. The two companies have built an increasingly close technology partnership, which has led Olsa Informatica to become both a partner and a customer of the Group, promoting and integrating Havant’s proprietary Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms into its own offering.
This collaboration has helped consolidate a shared vision of innovation, demonstrating in practice the complementarity of the two companies’ expertise, technologies and go-to-market approaches, ultimately leading to the decision of embarking on a joint industrial journey.
The transaction will further strengthen the Group’s offering in Intelligent Document Processing, Enterprise Content Management, intelligent process automation, Data Governance and Digital Trust, leveraging technology platforms that are already integrated and shared by the two organisations.
The main synergies will include:
- consolidating leadership in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies and intelligent process automation;
- integrating Olsa Informatica’s expertise with Havant’s proprietary platforms for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Trust and Data Governance;
- extending value-added service offerings for businesses and Public Administrations;
- enhancing a significant wealth of customers, expertise and professional capabilities built over almost fifty years of activity;
- accelerating the development of new solutions based on AI, automation and intelligent information management.
Pietro Lanza, Managing Director & Board Member of Havant, commented:
“Olsa Informatica joining the Group represents a further milestone in our growth strategy and the natural development of a collaborative journey built over time. In recent years, we have developed a technology partnership that has seen Olsa Informatica become both a partner and a customer of Havant, integrating our proprietary Intelligent Document Processing platforms into its offering. This experience has enabled us to appreciate the value of the people, expertise and shared vision that unite our organisations. Today, we are combining Olsa Informatica’s almost fifty years of experience, its significant customer base and its expertise in intelligent document process management with Havant’s capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Trust and Data Governance. Together, we are strengthening our ability to offer the market an increasingly comprehensive technology platform that supports organisations throughout their digital transformation.”
Giampaolo Olivetti, Chief Executive Officer of Olsa Informatica, said:

We have shared a common vision of innovation, integrating technologies and expertise with the aim of creating ever greater value for customers. Today, this combination enables us to enter a new phase of growth while preserving the wealth of experience, professional capabilities and relationships built over almost fifty years and bringing it together with a Group capable of investing in innovation, Artificial Intelligence and international development. We are confident that this agreement will create new opportunities for our customers, our employees and the market.”
