Havant strengthens its Group Organization: Sara Rottoli appointed HR Director
The appointment marks the start of a Group-wide HR transformation initiative designed to support the integration of the various entities that make up Havant while keeping people at the center of growth
Havant, a digital innovation company specializing in the digital transformation of processes and data through Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Digital Trust, announces the appointment of Sara Rottoli as the Group’s HR Director. Sara Rottoli will report directly to Pietro Lanza, Chief Executive Officer.
This appointment represents an important step in Havant’s growth and evolution. In recent years, the Group has significantly expanded its scope, including through new acquisitions and the addition of new entities, skills, and expertise: this growth makes it increasingly important to strengthen coordination at the Group level—including in the area of people development—through a shared vision of human resources management capable of supporting this new phase of growth.
In her role, Sara Rottoli will be responsible for coordinating the HR functions of the Group’s various legal entities, working closely with the HR teams and various HR representatives, with the goal of developing an increasingly integrated approach to HR policies and processes.
Specifically, Rottoli will be responsible for defining and developing Group-wide HR transformation plans to support the organization’s evolution; ensuring the integration and effectiveness of HR processes by sharing principles, tools, and best practices across the various companies; leveraging the unique characteristics, competencies, and needs of individual legal entities; fostering the development of people and talent; and strengthening an increasingly shared Group culture.
Before joining Havant, Sara Rottoli served as Head of Talent, Culture & Organization, acting as Deputy HR Director, at PagoPA S.p.A. Her professional career has spanned various contexts and sectors, including Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, which have enabled her to build broad-based experience in people, organization, and corporate culture, and to develop a strong focus on talent development and enhancement.
Pietro Lanza, comments:
“Havant’s growth in recent years—including through the addition of new entities, skills, and expertise—makes it essential today to have a Group HR function capable of building a shared vision for our people. With Sara’s arrival, we are strengthening our organizational model: her experience in rapidly evolving environments and her focus on talent development and organizational culture will be crucial to further integrating our businesses, developing synergies, and creating new growth opportunities for everyone in the Group. We welcome her and wish her the best of luck in this new challenge.”
Sara Rottoli states:
“I am thrilled to join Havant at such a crucial stage in its growth journey. Today, the Group brings together diverse entities, skills, and cultures: a valuable asset that we aim to pool through shared HR principles, tools, and processes, while preserving the unique characteristics that make each company special. I will work to build a model capable of sustaining Havant’s growth over time, where technological innovation and people development go hand in hand.”
