Docsweb Digital HR is the platform dedicated to Human Resources management, enabling the governance of both structured and unstructured digital processes, including:

  • Optimising the management of documents such as employment contracts, digital employee files, payslips, CU tax certifications and official certificates
  • Ensuring compliant digital preservation in full accordance with applicable regulations
  • Enhancing workflow efficiency, for example by managing document completion requests or acknowledgment signatures

 

The Docsweb Digital HR solution integrates with corporate information systems for data synchronisation and, among its additional capabilities, enables the management of employee information not available within existing systems. It also supports the management of records for temporary workers and candidates whose hiring process has not been finalised.

Push technology manages notifications and alerts related to document deadlines, involving all internal and external stakeholders engaged in HR processes. Another key strength lies in its ERP and payroll connectors, which integrate seamlessly with software such as Zucchetti HR, Oracle and SAP.
