MultiSign

Signature infrastructure for enterprise environments

A signature infrastructure, not just a service

In enterprise environments, digital signature cannot be managed as a standalone tool.
It requires a secure, scalable infrastructure fully compliant with European regulations.
MultiSign is the qualified signature infrastructure designed to integrate digital identity, signing and time stamping within business processes, ensuring legal validity and complete control.
Within the Havant ecosystem, MultiSign represents the technological layer that enables digital signature in a structured and governed way.

Digital identity and onboarding processes as the foundation of the infrastructure

MultiSign integrates structured onboarding and identification processes, enabling the secure verification of both natural persons and legal entities prior to the issuance of a signature certificate.

Onboarding can be carried out through multiple channels, including:

  • SPID and CIE
  • Remote video identification
  • In-person identification
  • Integrated enterprise identification processes

This approach ensures that every qualified signature is based on an identity validated in accordance with eIDAS requirements, reducing operational risk and guaranteeing full regulatory compliance.

Qualified signature architecture

MultiSign enables multiple signing methods within a single infrastructure

Qualified remote signature

Strong authentication (password + OTP) and centrally managed certificate. Subscription-based model with no limits on the number of signatures.

Automated signature

The signatory delegates the signature to a certified process. Ideal for high-volume document workflows and automated processes.

One-shot signature

A temporary certificate issued following identification, valid for a single session and immediately revoked.

API integration and local control

The MultiSign infrastructure is designed for complex enterprise environments.
Its key features include:

  • PKCS#1 APIs and integrable signature services
  • White-label client
  • Support for PAdES and P7M formats
  • Multiple signatures across multiple documents
  • Integrated signature verification
  • The ability to keep documents within the local environment

The signature process can be orchestrated by ERP, CRM, document workflow or contract management platforms, becoming an integral part of the application workflow.

Security and eIDAS compliance

MultiSign is designed to ensure:

  • Compliance with the eIDAS Regulation
  • Qualified trust services
  • Data protection
  • Full traceability of operations

The infrastructure is built for regulated environments, where security and compliance are not optional but essential requirements
